“Bravo”: refers to Bravo Super Mart Private Limited (Bravosupermart.com)

Welcome to Bravo Super Mart. When you visit or shop at Bravosupermart.com, utilize Bravo products or Services, access Bravo applications, or use software provided by Bravo in connection with any of the aforementioned activities (collectively referred to as "Bravo Services"), you are subject to the following conditions. By utilizing Bravo Services, you agree to these conditions on behalf of yourself, all members of your household, and any others who use any Services under your account.

Please read these conditions carefully.

We provide a diverse array of Bravo Services, and occasionally, supplementary terms may be applicable. When engaging with a Bravo Services (such as utilizing the Bravo inventory system for your e-commerce platform, accessing the learning management system for your educational institution, or making purchases online), you will also be bound by the guidelines, terms, and agreements specific to that Bravo Services ("Services Terms"). In the event of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Use and the Services Terms, the latter will take precedence.

  1. Contact Information

    As part of providing you with the Service, you are required to provide us with accurate and up-to-date information when setting up your account, and during the course of our business relationship. We will communicate with you by e-mail about the Bravo Services from time to time. You agree to provide us with an e-mail address that is active and monitored on a daily basis. Bravo has no responsibility, or liability, for interruptions in the Services that we provide, or damages of any sort, based on communications that are misdirected as a result of your failure to provide us with valid contact information. The contact in our records is considered by us to be our customer and we will communicate with this contact as the account administrator. However, if there is any dispute, we will consider the person/entity who paid for the latest billing period of the account to be the owner of the account. If you are reselling the Service, or are an End User of a reseller, it is your obligation to ensure that our records accurately reflect the correct ownership and control of the Service.

  2. Services Changes

    Modification of Services and Services fees at any time at its sole discretion, and reserves the right to determine whether and when any such changes apply to both existing and future customers.

  3. Services Fee / Products Subscription Fee & Taxes

    All Services, Products, and Subscriptions are provided on a prepaid basis, with fees for services being billed on the anniversary date of the billing cycle of the Service. All fees for Services, Products, or Subscriptions are considered fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable. By utilizing Bravo's services, the Customer agrees to authorize Bravo to charge all applicable fees to the credit or debit card provided by the Customer. Bravo accepts payment only via credit/debit card. Additionally, direct bank transfer is available upon request. If you prefer to pay via direct bank transfer, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary account details via email. Payment for all services must be made in US Currency. Additionally, all fees for Services, Products, or Subscriptions include any applicable taxes imposed by taxing authorities, and if applicable, these taxes will be the responsibility of the Customer to pay.

  4. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee & Refund

    If the Customer terminates this Agreement within 30 calendar days of the initial sign-up date of the order and requests immediate termination, they will be eligible for a full refund of the annual subscription Services Fees paid during the account setup. However, this Money Back Guarantee does not apply to purchases or subscriptions older than one (1) month. Customers can submit account cancellation requests by logging into their account, accessing account settings, and selecting either immediate termination or termination at the end of the first 30 days. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply if the customer has opted for and agreed to different payment and refund terms with Bravo via email. Additionally, refunds are not applicable to annual subscriptions involving more than one subscription or to Elite Platinum packages of Bravo Services.

  5. Fraud Prevention & Authenticity

    Bravo exclusively provides and sells all Products, Services, and Subscriptions solely through Bravosupermart.com. Bravo does not utilize any other platform for sales purposes. While Bravo may market its Services and Products on third-party platforms, all transactions must be conducted exclusively through the website Bravosupermart.com. Payments for purchases are processed solely on Bravosupermart.com. For customer communications, Bravo exclusively employs the email address help@bravosupermart.com as the primary point of contact with its clients. No alternate email addresses are utilized for communication purposes. Bravo cannot be held responsible in the event of any fraudulent activity involving customers under the guise of Bravo. Communication with Bravo is strictly conducted through the aforementioned email address. Additionally, Bravo operates a single official WhatsApp helpline to assist active customers, accessible via the following link: WhatsApp Link.

  6. Electronic Communications

    When you use Bravo Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, WhatsApp texts, mobile push notices. you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  7. COPYRIGHT

    All content provided through any Bravo Service, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, data transactions and online web based software, web applications is the property of Bravo or its content suppliers and is protected by both local laws and international copyright laws. The compilation of all such content within any Bravo Services is the exclusive property of M/S Micro Air, M/S Data Content Creator, and M/S Bravo Super Mart, safeguarded by both local and international copyright laws.

  8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

    Bravo respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

  9. RISK OF LOSS

    All purchases of physical items from Bravo are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  10. RETURNS, REFUNDS

    Bravo exclusively accepts online payments through the official payment gateway at Bravosupermart.com and does not offer cash on delivery services. Refunds for purchases can be requested within one day of receiving the items, except for annual subscription products, which are not eligible for refunds. Delivery carriers ensure safe delivery to customers' doorsteps, but any damage after delivery will not qualify for a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items upon delivery and match them with the online order. Refunds for subscription services are subject to approval by Bravo's authority. Delivery times are indicated on the item details during the ordering process.

  11. Product Descriptions

    Bravo strives for accuracy in providing information about its products and services. If customers have any further inquiries, they are welcome to contact us via email at help@bravosupermart.com.

  12. Pricing

    "List Price" refers to the suggested retail or wholesale price, including subscription Services rates, provided by manufacturers, suppliers, or sellers. We regularly compare List Prices with recent prices on Bravo and other retailers. Some products may display a "Was Price," which reflects recent price history on Bravo. While we endeavor to maintain accurate pricing, the price of an item sold by Bravo may not be confirmed until you place an order. Despite our efforts, a few items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we reserve the right to either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you accordingly. Different merchants may have varying policies regarding mispriced items. We typically only charge with your credit card once your order has entered the shipping process, or for digital products, once we've made the digital product available to you. However, payments for subscription services are charged instantly.

  13. SANCTIONS AND EXPORT POLICY

    You are prohibited from using any Bravo Services if you are under U.S. sanctions or sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the government of the country where you are utilizing Bravo Services. Additionally, you must adhere to all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions applicable to goods, software (including web applications & ERP solutions), technology, and services.

  14. System and Network Security

    Customer is prohibited from violating or attempting to violate or circumvent the security of the Bravo Services. Violations of system or network security will result in civil or criminal liability. Bravo will investigate any such violations and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any Customer who is involved in such violations.

  15. Customer's Data and Backups

    Bravo is not liable for any data losses that may occur for any reason. While Bravo does offer daily backups, we do not guarantee their reliability. Please note that certain file types will not be included in these backups, such as *.pdf, *.bak, *.sql, *.zip, *.rar, *.mov, *.avi, *.tar, *.gzip, *.gz, *.mp3, *.mgp, *.wma, *.wmv, *.avi, *.wav, *.log, *.peg, *.mp4, *.iso, *.psd, *.swf, *.mpg, *.tmp, and .tmp.

  16. OTHER BUSINESSES

    Other entities aside from Bravo may operate stores, offer services or software, or sell product lines through the Bravo Services. Additionally, we may provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and select other businesses. When you purchase products or services from these entities, you are transacting directly with them, not with Bravo. We do not assume responsibility for examining, evaluating, or warranting the offerings of these businesses or individuals, including the content of their websites. Bravo bears no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, or content of these or any other third parties. We advise you to carefully review their privacy statements and terms of use.

  17. Termination for Violation

    We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate Bravo Services as per following terms:

    1. For a violation of any of our policies, including those incorporated by reference; and/or
    2. your failure to pay any amounts due. This right of termination is without prejudice to any other rights we may have. You are not entitled to any type of notice or protest should we decide to exercise these rights, nor will you receive a refund of any Fees.

  18. Use of the Services

    Your use of the Services must be reasonable, and you may not impose excessive burdens on our servers or other resources. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to impose restrictions on your use of the Services and charge excess fees if your usage exceeds that of similarly situated customers. Please be aware that disk space, bandwidth, connection speeds, and similar capacity indices are maximum values. Regularly reaching these capacity limits may necessitate restrictions on your Services usage. Bravo does not host or provide services for: Adult material, Mass Media Sharing Sites, Mass File Sharing Sites, or Mass File Download Sites with a large number of media files. Upon termination or cancellation of your account, all files and data will be retained and kept secure for privacy and security reasons. However, if you delete your account yourself, recovery will not be possible. Please note that Bravo is not responsible for forwarding emails or other communications once your account is closed, and you will lose access to Bravo Services. We recommend keeping the Services active during a transition period if you intend to forward your emails or communications.

  19. Feedback

    Any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, idea or the like which Customer sends to Bravo relating to the Services will be treated as being non-confidential and non-proprietary. Bravo may use, disclose or publish any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever.

  20. Hardware and Software

    You are responsible for and must arrange all Internet connectivity services, computers, software, hardware, and other services necessary to access Bravo Services. Bravo makes no representations, warranties, or assurances that customer's equipment will be compatible with Bravo Services.

  21. ADDITIONAL Bravo SOFTWARE & Web Applications TERMS

    The following terms ("Software & Web Applications Terms") apply to any software & Web application (including any updates or upgrades to the software & Web Application) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Bravo Services (the "Bravo Software & Web Application").

    1. Use of the Bravo Software & Web Application:

      You may use Bravo Software & Web Application solely for purposes of enabling you to use the Bravo Services as provided by Bravo, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Services Terms. You are prohibited from incorporating any portion of the Bravo Software & Web Application into other programs, compiling any portion of it with other programs, or copying, modifying, creating derivative works of, distributing, assigning any rights to, or licensing the Bravo Software & Web Application in whole or in part. All software & Web Application used in any Bravo Services is the property of Bravo or its software & Web Application suppliers and is protected by local laws and international copyright laws.

    2. Use of Third Party Services:

      When using the Bravo Software & Web Application, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.

    3. No Reverse Engineering:

      You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the Bravo Software & Web Application, whether in whole or in part

    4. Updates:

      Bravo may offer automatic or manual updates to the Bravo Software & Web Application at any time and without notice to you.

    5. Government End Users:

      Bravo grants the rights to use Bravo Software & Web Application to government end users under the same policies, terms, and conditions as granted to all others under these Terms & Conditions Policy.

    6. Conflicts:

      In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other Bravo or third-party terms applicable to any portion of Bravo Software & Web Application, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the Bravo Software & Web Application and to the extent of the conflict.

  22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    THE BRAVO SERVICES, ALONG WITH ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE, WEB APPLICATIONS), AND OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE BRAVO SERVICES, ARE OFFERED BY BRAVO ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. BRAVO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE BRAVO SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE, WEB APPLICATIONS), OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THEM, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. BY USING THE BRAVO SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, BRAVO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BRAVO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE BRAVO SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE, WEB APPLICATIONS), OR OTHER SERVICES, OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM BRAVO, ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, BRAVO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY BRAVO SERVICE, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE, WEB APPLICATIONS), OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY BRAVO SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

  23. DISPUTES

    Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Bravo Services will be adjudicated in the state or Federal courts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial.

  24. SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

    Please review our other policies. These policies also govern your use of Bravo Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, ServicesTerms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
